About The Position

The HR Generalist at Rockwell Automation will support the North America Lifecycle Services Delivery and Commercial teams by interfacing with various areas of Human Resources. This role aims to enhance HR presence within the organization, promote culture change, and support various people initiatives. The HR Generalist will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to deliver HR programs, improve employee engagement, and assist in compliance and performance management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Typically requires 5 years of broad HR generalist experience.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Theoretical knowledge of HR processes including performance management and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Expertise to deliver HR programs.
  • Provide feedback to HR leaders for continuous improvement and consistency.
  • Promote a positive work environment and improve Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Support corporate programs like employee engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Help deploy new HR tools and programs, including payroll providers and HR technology.
  • Deliver HR training to managers and employees on behalf of COEs and HR Services.
  • Support data collection and analysis for investigations and legal reviews.
  • Represent the company in employee disputes and assist in termination processes.
  • Ensure local policies and procedures are up to date with legal requirements.
  • Support local managers on performance management to prevent disputes.
