About the position
The job overview for the HR Generalist position at InMobi is that they are seeking a candidate who will support the HRBP team within the North America People team. The role involves being involved in various talent management practices, driving operational excellence, and building an empowering employee experience. The HR Generalist will work across the full spectrum of the People function, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and partnerships with COE teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and implementation of people and culture initiatives
- Manage employee data to ensure data integrity
- Strengthen employee experience by cultivating relationships with employees and managers and gathering feedback
- Support plans to improve efficiency on employee lifecycle processes and partner with cross-functional teams for implementation
- Provide operational support to the HR business partner team on data management and implementing people programs
- Provide monthly reporting to track key people metrics and derive actionable insights
- Update employee data and conduct periodic reviews to ensure hygiene of employee data
- Contribute towards creating employee experiences that enhance a sense of belonging, inclusion, and motivation
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee engagement
- Provide support and be the first point of contact for employees on people programs and initiatives
- Lead projects from ideation to execution

- Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of experience supporting People processes and programs
- Experience leading projects from ideation to execution
- Experience with supporting annual performance management processes/cycles
- Experience navigating through ambiguity
- Great listening skills and effective communication
- Strong team player
- Good reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights
- Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
