About the position
As an HR Business Partner, Senior at Realtor.com®, you will play a key role in strategically supporting the company's senior leaders in areas such as workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, compensation, retention, career development, and leadership development. Your main responsibilities will include assessing needs, developing solutions, and implementing people strategies across functional areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and developing leadership team members, ensuring a high level of employee engagement, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Overall, your role will contribute to optimizing talent and enhancing the effectiveness of the organization while aligning with the company's unique culture and values.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- BS/BA in related field or PHR preferred
- 7-10 years experience in Human Resources (at least 5 years prior HR Business Partner experience), within R&D, tech or product
- 5+ years advising leadership and creating innovative people solutions
- Ability to align and connect the organization’s vision, mission and values to HR strategies and programs
- Demonstrated experience executing a variety of Human Resource disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance acceleration, talent development, compensation, employee relations, employee development, leadership coaching, diversity and inclusion, and local employment laws
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior leaders
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect company goals with people priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and regulatory compliance
- Ability to conduct effective and objective investigations
- Experience in managing and leading internal communications
- Familiarity with onboarding senior leadership and acclimating them to company practices and culture
- Ability to partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams to optimize processes and initiatives
