Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Clear background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature with good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals, shop for groceries, and provide transportation as needed.
• Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document clients' conditions, notifying supervisors of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
