About The Position

Join our collaborative team providing relationship-based care and education to preschoolers. We are looking for a Head Start Teacher for infants and toddlers in Northampton. This position offers excellent ratios and is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) for the full year. The salary range is $22.14-25.59/hour, with a $5,000 bonus and a bilingual differential if applicable. Community Action is a Brazelton Touchpoints™ Site, focusing on Head Start and Early Learning Programs.

Requirements

• Minimum CDA or EEC Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher qualified.
• Satisfactory completion of a background investigation, including CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint-based national checks.
