About the position
The Head of Product Management - Data, AI, and Automation role at Correlation One is a pivotal position responsible for setting the strategy and driving the execution of data, AI/ML, and automation initiatives. The main focus of this role is to enhance end-user experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver meaningful business impact. The successful candidate will lead the advancement of interconnected data architecture, deliver AI and ML capabilities, and develop and execute an automation roadmap. Additionally, they will drive the transformation of the organization into a data-driven one, leverage product analytics for continuous improvement, and foster innovation within the product management team. Managing and developing talent within the team is also a key responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Advance Interconnected Data Architecture: Lead the evolution of a seamless data infrastructure that brings together disparate data points to support meaningful insights and informed decision-making.
- Deliver AI and ML Capabilities: Drive the strategy, development, and deployment of AI and ML capabilities to enhance end-user product experiences and internal operations.
- Develop, Implement, and Execute Automation Roadmap: Identify tasks that can be automated across internal and external service delivery and create and execute the corresponding roadmap.
- Data-Driven Organization Transformation: Identify and assist the broader organization in becoming more data-driven through dashboarding, self-serve analytics, and business intelligence tooling.
- Leverage Product Analytics for Continuous Improvement: Implement a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance and evaluating the return on investment of product efforts.
- Foster Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation within the product management team and adopt cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Integrate with Stakeholder Applications: Work closely with the VP of Product Management, Applications to ensure seamless integration of data, foundational services, automation, and AI.
- Focus on User-Centricity and Business Impact: Maintain a focus on the union between user needs and experiences and business impact.
- Manage and Develop Talent: Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and team success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software product management
- Proven track record delivering data-driven and automated solutions that meaningfully leverage AI/ML
- Experience with business intelligence technologies, concepts, architectures, and methodologies, with specific experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar front-end BI tools
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing data architectures and automation strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams
- Outstanding project management, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong technical acumen
