About the position
The Head of ANZ Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing impactful regional marketing programs for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) regions. They will work closely with sales and partner leadership to understand market priorities and shape customer and prospect-facing programs to drive pipeline and opportunity creation. This role requires 8-10+ years of experience in ANZ marketing, including running digital marketing campaigns, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships with sales, partner, channel, and marketing teams. The Head of ANZ Marketing will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, developing localized messaging, and managing marketing budgets to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) regions
- Develop and execute integrated/digital field marketing programs including brand, webinars, events, and account-based marketing campaigns
- Translate market-specific buyer journey into multi-touch programs and campaigns using direct and channel tactics
- Analyze market and company data to define opportunities, audiences, objectives, threats, and priorities
- Help develop Dialpad's global growth strategy and optimize marketing initiatives
- Drive brand awareness and capture audience awareness in assigned markets
- Provide localized messaging and support development of global marketing assets
- Plan, design, and lead campaigns across all marketing channels
- Enable sales teams with toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report acquisition, pipeline, and program results
- Design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns
- Manage strategy, planning, and execution of brand campaigns
- Monitor, track, and report analytics to align with growth KPIs
- Manage ANZ marketing budgets and work with local agencies and partners to deliver business goals
- Bring 8-10+ years of experience in ANZ marketing, including running digital marketing campaigns
- Build effective digital and field marketing programs
