About The Position

The GTM Systems Lead at Front is responsible for driving the technology roadmap for the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, primarily focusing on Salesforce. This role involves strategic and operational management to empower the sales team with efficient systems and tools that support business growth. The GTM Systems Lead will collaborate with various business functions to design and execute solutions that align with company goals, ensuring a seamless and integrated systems environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the Lead to Cash journey.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects that require both strategic planning and hands-on execution of GTM system solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configurations, familiarity with custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and integrations with third-party tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations teams to design systems that enhance workflows and deliver measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data integrity, system scalability, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive system integrations to ensure a seamless flow of data across platforms, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Build and manage system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Front's evolving strategy and business needs.
  • Manage the customization and configuration of Salesforce to enhance workflows, reporting, and automation, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
  • Lead efforts in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system-related issues, while ensuring minimal downtime or disruption to business operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, reporting, and dashboards that provide actionable insights into performance, pipeline health, and GTM efficiency.
