About the position
The ideal candidate for this role has experience driving growth across multiple channels and strategies in fast-growing technology companies, ideally including zero-to-one products and early-stage startups in the consumer space. The role involves working closely with the team to drive acquisition and retention across paid and organic channels, defining acquisition and retention strategies, and overseeing their implementation working with internal and external resources. The candidate will also develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and adoption of the company's products, including experiments and A/B tests. The ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance is essential. The candidate should have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with Design and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to drive acquisition and retention across paid and organic channels
- Define acquisition and retention strategies, define success KPIs, and oversee their implementation working with internal and external resources
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and adoption of our products, including experiments and A/B tests
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Constantly test, measure and iterate as we continue to grow, and provide insights to inform product roadmap
Requirements
- Experience driving growth across multiple channels and strategies in fast-growing technology companies, ideally including zero-to-one products and early-stage startups in the consumer space.

- Successfully growing consumer products on web and mobile.
- Organic and Paid growth strategies and execution, including Ads, Search engine and App Store optimization, Viral growth, Retargeting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to pivot, work in a start-up environment and internalize feedback.
- Customer segmentation and targeting.
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with Design and Engineering teams.
- Experience with conversational AI, messaging or natural language processing technologies is a plus.
