About the position
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to lead the strategic direction and implementation of our growth marketing channels. This role will require innovative demand generation ideas and the ability to work closely with the CEO to execute growth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a growth marketing capacity at a high growth startup or top tech company. They should be a self-starter, comfortable with "Failing Fast," and have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent for keyword research and analysis, and Hubspot. The salary range is $120k to $175k + bonus dependent on years of experience and skill level.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute on the growth marketing strategy in collaboration with sales and product teams
- Own all existing demand generation channels, both paid and organic
- Identify growth hack opportunities and execute on them with the team
- Identify new potential channels for the company to invest in and find ways to quickly test the value of these channels
- Set and track aggressive KPIs to track success against
- Generate high-quality marketing content to amplify the company's mission and product, including landing pages, blogs, webinars, videos, and social media
- Build and manage relationships with external partners to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition
- Hustle, be scrappy, and creative in finding non-obvious solutions and testing hypotheses quickly and efficiently
- Operate independently as a self-starter
- Be comfortable with "Failing Fast" and iterating to find which channels work best for the company and product
- Understand technical concepts and communicate with product and engineering teams
- Have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Ahrefs, Hubspot, and Webflow
- Have 2-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a growth marketing capacity at a high growth startup or top tech company
- Have domain experience in the analytics/data/BI space (a plus)

- Experience marketing B2B software products and domain experience in the analytics/data/BI space is a plus
- Comfort with "Failing Fast" and iterating to find which channels work best for our company and product
- Someone who hustles, is scrappy, and creative. We want you to think of the non-obvious solutions and find ways to test these hypotheses quickly and efficiently
- Someone who is a self-starter and can operate independently
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent for keyword research and analysis, and Hubspot

- Identify new potential channels for Explo to invest in and find ways to quickly test the value of these channels

- Generate high-quality marketing content to amplify Explo's mission and product, including our landing page, blogs, webinars, videos, socials, etc.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners (marketing agencies, contract designers, etc.) to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition.
