Growth Marketing Director

The Growth Marketing Director at Bertram Capital is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for the firm's portfolio companies. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing digital and performance marketing initiatives, and leveraging data to communicate growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of experience in revenue growth, and demonstrated experience in business growth. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.

• Work directly with Portfolio companies to develop and implement growth strategies that are successful, measurable, and repeatable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and maximize efficiencies.
• Manage digital and performance marketing initiatives aligned with the company goals.
• Leverage KPIs and other relevant data points to communicate growth strategies throughout Bertram Capital and with Portfolio Companies.
• Assess and recommend vendors and agencies as needed.
• Evaluate growth opportunities to help guide new investments.

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in a revenue growth role, including sales or performance marketing, banking or consulting
• Demonstrated experience in business growth
• Organized self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working as a productive member of a team

• Expected salary range of $180,000-$210,000 total annual compensation
