About The Position

The Graphic Designer and Real Estate Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in promoting a new development in Mountain House, California. This part-time position involves creating various marketing materials and engaging with potential buyers to provide information about the community. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional commercial design experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (Graphic Design, UI/UX, etc.) (preferred).
  • Proficiency with standard design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication skills, English is a must.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, real estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Social media savvy, with experience in content creation and digital marketing a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends when necessary to accommodate community events and visitor traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics.
  • Develop product illustrations, logos, website graphics, etc. as needed.
  • Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams, implementing feedback/changes when appropriate.
  • Work out of the Welcome Center in Mountain House, CA once opened, greeting visitors and providing an exceptional first impression of the new development.
  • Utilize CRM software to record details of leads and follow up with potential buyers.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence with potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments and tours for interested parties.
  • Offer detailed information about the neighborhood, including amenities, community events, and local highlights.
  • Organize and maintain the appearance of the welcome center to ensure it is always tidy and inviting.
  • Assist in capturing and curating content for social media platforms to promote the community's lifestyle and benefits.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support various promotional activities.
  • Participate in special events and open houses as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
