Join our team as a Global UX/UI and Product Analytics Manager. Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving product success? We're looking for a talented manager to lead our UX/UI and Product Analytics efforts. In this role, you will lead and shape the future of user experience across Equifax Product organisation by driving user-centered design, building a robust Design System, and establishing best practices for product analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging solutions and analyze user behavior to inform continuous improvement. Be instrumental in mentoring teams and fostering a Centre of Excellence for UX within the organization. Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week. This role reports to our office in midtown Atlanta, Georgia (OAC) or Alpharetta, GA with occasional visits to the other location. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.
