About the position
As the Global Head of Performance Media at TheFork, you will play a crucial role in scaling up the company's investments and making it a reference in the industry. Reporting to the Global User Acquisition & Media Director, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and running the performance media strategy across 11 markets. Your key missions include optimizing main channels, developing a performance marketing engine, mentoring and leading your team, and being the go-to person for all performance topics. Additionally, you will collaborate with the brand team, develop relationships with external partners, and contribute to the company's ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and run the Performance media strategy for the 11 markets in which TheFork operates, optimizing main channels (UAC/ASA, SEA, Social) and activating new ones
- Build the Performance marketing engine for accelerating New User acquisition, including investment principles, business forecasts, and optimization plan
- Define the best way to operate campaigns, either through external partners or internal buying
- Mentor and lead the team to develop analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Act as the go-to person for all Performance topics and the main point of contact for local Marketing Directors
- Lead QBRs and other cross-functional and cross-market meetings
- Work closely with the Brand team to develop best-in-class creatives on different channels
- Develop strong relationships with external key partners (Google, Meta, Tiktok, media agencies) to meet business goals
- Have +10 years of experience in Performance/Online media (agency and/or advertiser side)
- Have 3-5 years of people management experience
- Have successful experience in a B2C App environment
- Have a demonstrated ability to work and influence in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in an international environment, working in English with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Be humble and eager to learn
- Have a positive and contagious attitude
Requirements
- +10 years of experience in Performance / Online media (agency and/or advertiser side)
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- Successful experience in a B2C App environment
- Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally and cross-markets
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build, deploy, and run Performance media strategy
- Knowledge of main channels such as UAC/ASA, SEA, and Social
- Ability to activate new channels
- Ability to develop and optimize campaigns
- Ability to mentor and lead a team
- Ability to lead meetings and collaborate with local Marketing Directors
- Ability to work closely with the Brand team to develop creatives
- Strong relationships with external key partners such as Google, Meta, Tiktok, and media agencies
