About The Position

As an Apple Engineer, you'll serve as primary technical and application support for BCGx and BCG FED employees, you'll manage hardware infrastructure, provide application modification support, and conduct research and training—all with a client-centric approach as you'll be working with client facing staff. Maintain secure device environments, and ensure all systems are configured to comply with Federal cybersecurity and data handling requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in desktop/MacBook support for Mac OS, Office 365, and Adobe apps.
  • At least 3 years' experience maintaining and enhancing JAMF Pro environments.
  • Proven experience with ticketing systems for incident management.
  • Certification with Apple, JAMF, and/or other equivalents.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary contact for technical assistance via phone, in-person, or remote support applications.
  • Providing expert support within a Mac OS and EntraID(Azure GCC High) environment.
  • Administering device policies and configurations through JAMF Pro.
  • Supporting critical applications (Salesforce, MS Office 365, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Managing Mac setups and deployments for new employees using standardized hardware, images, and software.
  • Taking ownership of assigned incidents, ensuring satisfactory customer resolution.
  • Clearly communicating technical information to non-technical employees.
  • Assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborating daily with teammates, end-users, vendors, compliance, and stakeholders, including occasional travel.
  • Compliance readiness: supporting systems and end point compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC level.
  • Continuously building and enhancing IT skills and knowledge.
