About the position
As the Global Campaigns Specialist / Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving engagement and demand across the customer journey in the emerging Kubernetes, container, and cloud space. You will need a combination of content strategy, program management, and campaign creation skills, as well as a strong understanding of DevOps and security teams. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and customer success, and measure results based on engagement, pipeline growth, and deal progression. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing global marketing programs and campaigns, while creating compelling content that drives engagement and conveys the value of the company's offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness, growth, and demand through effective cross-functional management and development of global marketing programs and campaigns
- Ongoing planning, forecasting, and management of global marketing/campaign budget across awareness, demand, and content creation
- Help define email and touch governance strategy to Sysdig owned database to accelerate growth, conversion, and ROI; partner with operations on execution details
- Effectively plan, build, and manage campaign development and execution in Asana; collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders
- Create clear and compelling promotional content that conveys the value of our offering and drives engagement
- Support management and building of integrated campaigns that include the full range of delivery elements, such as paid and earned media, digital, and events
- Partner with Marketing Ops and other functions to manage and continually optimize the "always on" marketing tactics (e.g., database, email nurture, remarketing, etc.), plus QA campaigns before launch to ensure proper routing, tracking, data flow, and execution
- Partner cross-functionally to test, measure, and continually optimize the performance of marketing campaigns, processes, and content
- Consistently meet or exceed commitments and deadlines with high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years experience developing and executing multi-touch, integrated campaigns
- Expertise in driving engagement across the customer journey
- Strong program management skills
- Passion for analytics and data-driven marketing
- Ability to understand and speak the language of DevOps and security teams
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets
- Proficiency in planning, building, and managing campaign development and execution
- Ability to create clear and compelling promotional content
- Knowledge of email and touch governance strategy
- Familiarity with marketing tactics such as paid and earned media, digital, and events
- Experience in testing, measuring, and optimizing performance of marketing campaigns, processes, and content
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed commitments and deadlines with high-quality deliverables
