Generative AI Lead

Hello Heart is seeking a Generative AI lead to drive product innovation and improve operational efficiency through the use of Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will involve collaborating with department leaders and the executive team to optimize processes and implement automation strategies, as well as working with R&D to develop and implement Gen AI-driven solutions that enhance products and foster innovation. The responsibilities include driving generative AI initiatives, collaborating with engineering and business/operations teams to implement AI solutions, collaborating with product and data science teams to enhance product offerings, and staying up-to-date with advancements in generative AI and machine learning.

• Drive and own generative AI initiatives, focusing on product innovation, enhancing efficiency and automation across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business/operations teams to develop and implement generative AI solutions that increase productivity and efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate closely with product and data science teams to identify opportunities for integrating LLMs and enhancing our product offerings and user experience.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

• Experience in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for product innovation and operational efficiency
