About The Position

The General Manager at McDonald's is responsible for overseeing the operations of a profitable restaurant while ensuring that it meets the company's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting goals in collaboration with leadership, leading a team of Department Managers, and coaching them to improve departmental performance. The General Manager also plays a key role in hiring and developing staff to ensure the restaurant's future success.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's customer standards.
• Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Create and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals.
• Lead and coach a team of Department Managers.
• Help Department Managers set their own goals and follow up on their progress.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
