About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and revenues while upholding the mission and values of Goodwill-Easter Seals MN. This role involves high-level leadership, guiding the development and training of store personnel, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and customers.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize.
