Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, training, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (with an emphasis on GenAI), AI Agents, and AI tools in a business setting (financial services setting preferred).
  • Strong experience on utilizing generalized AI tools such as LLMs for day-to-day ad hoc enterprise use cases.
  • Deep knowledge around how AI and AI Agents are leveraged in financial services workstreams and business function specific use cases.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or user education initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track and report on adoption trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI ethics frameworks.
  • Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or enterprise technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive AI adoption across the organization.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and teach-ins to upskill employees on AI tools and best practices.
  • Act as an AI evangelist, providing ongoing support and guidance to teams and individuals.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including guides, videos, and self-service resources.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
  • Design and deliver scalable AI learning programs tailored to different user personas and experience levels.
  • Track AI adoption metrics, engagement levels, and training effectiveness using data analytics tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on AI usage, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine adoption strategies and improve training content.
  • Collaborate with leadership, IT, data teams, and end users to understand AI adoption challenges and opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to drive AI literacy and comfort.
  • Gather feedback from users to continuously improve AI enablement programs.
