About The Position
Capital Impact Partners is looking for a Fund Analyst to become an integral part of its Impact Investment Group, which focuses on making investments that generate economic prosperity and promote community health nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community and economic development impact investing, and a strong analytical background. The Fund Analyst will support the critical investment operations of the Impact Investment Group and will carry out the accurate coordination of investment closings, funding disbursements, investment management servicing system input, investment monitoring and performance, and portfolio summary reporting. This position works directly with the Investments, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and relevant information is shared regarding the investment portfolio to enable smooth forecasting and budgeting. The Fund Analyst will also lead the process to establish service level agreements (SLAs) across teams. This position works directly with and reports to the Managing Director of Investments, with ad hoc support to the larger Investments team as needed. The ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrated interest in impact investing, and strong critical thinking, accounting, financial, and analytical skills. The Funding Analyst will need to get up a learning curve quickly and be able to switch between multiple different activities in a given day. Prior fund operations experience is a plus but not required.
