About The Position

The Functional Analyst/PPBE Manager at CACI plays a crucial role in supporting the Army's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for IT portfolio and network modernization efforts. This position involves working closely with various divisions within the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration Directorate at The Pentagon and Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to provide recommendations, conduct mission analysis, and support government missions effectively.

Requirements

• An active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Army-specific experience and flexibility to perform at General Officer levels.

Nice To Haves

• Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES)
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Knowledgeable on Business Case Analysis (BCA)

Responsibilities

• Maintain analytical and technical skills to review technical products and conduct mission analysis.
• Provide recommendations for revisions to existing documentation including project plans and Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
• Assist with staff coordination, planning support, and technical analysis of Army initiatives.
• Gather, develop, and share knowledge for assigned functional areas in support of division activities.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Government Program Managers and MDEP Managers.
• Develop and maintain key points of contact across the Army for dissemination and coordination of Staff Actions.
• Provide PPBES skills and knowledge supporting processes and procedures for tracking and oversight activities.
