About The Position

Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP is seeking both full-time and part-time attorneys to join their team. The role involves significant responsibility and client interaction, with a preference for candidates experienced in civil litigation, general liability, and trial experience. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, and additional admission to New York is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills and experience in legal drafting.
• Experience in mid-level litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to New York Bar is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Trial experience is a plus.
• Experience in employment law and public entity defense.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in civil litigation and general liability cases.
• Draft legal documents and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in trial preparation and court appearances.
