Full Stack Software Engineer, Mexico

GoodTime is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team in Mexico. The role involves building and implementing new features, contributing to the technical and product roadmaps, and collaborating with teams in the US and Brazil. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in engineering frameworks, excel at talent development, and be flexible in their approach to engineering. The responsibilities include architecting and implementing new features, fostering engineering principles, and working with various technologies and platforms. The desired qualifications include experience in software development, JavaScript/Typescript, and frontend frameworks, as well as strong time management and communication skills. • Architect and implement new features and contribute to the technical roadmap
• Collaborate with other engineers to promote solid engineering principles and represent engineering values
• Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud Technologies
• Have 5+ years of experience in software development
• Have 2+ years of experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React/Redux
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Be comfortable learning new technologies and systems
• Have advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
• Have experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
• Have experience with relational databases
• Have a solid understanding of REST communication
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS (nice to have)
• Experience with web performance (nice to have)
• Experience with CSS (nice to have)
• Have gone through rapid growth in a company (nice to have)

• 5+ years experience in Software development
• 2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / Redux
