About The Position

The Fulfillment Coordinator at Nuvo Solutions, Inc. is a key role responsible for the organization and timely deployment of projects within a collaborative team environment. This position requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective execution to ensure high-quality results while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. The coordinator will utilize LEAN principles and project management skills to oversee processes and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately while also being an active listener.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced and highly-demanding environment.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent reading comprehension.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience fostering peer-to-peer collaboration.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be adaptable to a production environment with varying physical demands.
  • Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • iOS, Android, Windows, Microsoft, Google Workspace, SaaS and MaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Mobile device management and/or Mobile Carrier experience a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
  • Experience in implementing LEAN methodologies.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude through prior on-the-job training or qualification processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the department's master plan and meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate across departments—including Sales, Orders, Shipping/Receiving, Onboarding, and Support—to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a balance of quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale.
  • Scan devices in and document them accurately.
  • Install software, image devices, add or remove applications, configure devices to customer specifications.
  • Apply screen protectors, clean, and case devices.
  • Activate devices and validate activations.
  • Assist with timely shipping and receiving of products, including preparing and shipping devices, and receiving product inventory.
  • Assure quality in every box that leaves our building.
  • Restocking inventory as needed.
