About The Position

The Front Office Manager at Atrium Hospitality is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while adhering to standard operating procedures within the Front Office Department. This role involves managing direct reports, coordinating with other departments, and meeting financial goals for the hotel. The manager will engage with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction, oversee staff performance, and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality, front desk experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of night audit experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct reports and ensure understanding of employment practices.
  • Ensure Associates meet guest needs and respond to concerns appropriately.
  • Create a best-in-class guest experience by engaging with guests and providing courteous service.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments for efficient service delivery.
  • Manage labor costs and control expenses to meet financial goals.
  • Perform cleaning duties as necessary to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend revenue-driving initiatives and monitor performance.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
  • Complete any other work required to fulfill the primary purpose of the position.
