About The Position

The Freight Broker Agent position at Logistic Dynamics (LDi) is designed for experienced individuals in freight brokering or freight sales. This role allows agents to leverage LDi's proprietary tools and resources to enhance their business operations and increase their earning potential through commission-based income. Agents will work independently while benefiting from a supportive infrastructure that includes access to a vast network of carriers and advanced technology.

Requirements

• Must have a book of business (shipping customers).
• Must have experience in freight brokering or freight sales (minimum of 1 year preferred).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of business by acquiring and retaining shipping customers.
• Utilize LDi's proprietary TMS and analytics reporting system to track shipments and costs.
• Collaborate with the dedicated agent development team to enhance business growth.
• Post loads to various load boards and manage dispatching with the support team.
• Engage with the available carrier sales group to cover loads effectively.
