FP&A Analyst

ALO and BELLA+CANVAS are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, the individual will play a significant role in the monthly and quarterly planning and reporting processes, supporting the company's growth plans. They will also be responsible for coordinating and preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reporting deliverables, as well as performing sales incentive calculations and partnering with Accounting for the monthly close process. The ideal candidate should have 2-3+ years of experience in finance-related work, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• Support coordination and preparation of budget, forecasts, and management reporting deliverables
• Perform sales incentive calculations, validate related claims, and ensure timely payouts
• Partner with Accounting to support the monthly close process including variance analysis and accrual calculations
• Prepare business review reporting/presentations, recapping results vs. plan for Leadership team
• Maintain profit center and GL account hierarchy mapping
• Perform other ad-hoc analysis across the business, as necessary

• 2-3+ years of experience in finance-related work, corporate and/or operations finance
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to summarize large amounts of data
• Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs
• Experience in e-comm

• Competitive base salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year
