Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Restaurant Lead Server / Supervisor.
• Maintain dependable, punctual attendance and willingness to work holidays and flexible hours according to business demands.
• Exhibit a teamwork attitude and assist management and co-workers as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Take guests' beverage and food orders and recommend food specials.
• Enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) terminal.
• Deliver beverage orders to guests and attend to beverage refills as needed.
• Retrieve food orders from the Expeditor and assist as needed.
• Deliver food orders and serve guests.
• Perform table check-backs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Pre-bus tables while being mindful of guests' dining experience.
• Present guest checks, thank them, and invite them to return.
• Complete all server side-work as described during training.
• Assist server assistants and/or hosts as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with health regulations.
