Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established protocols and identify potential deviations.
• Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated and functioning accurately; report and troubleshoot any malfunctions.
• Ensure adherence to food safety programs such as HACCP, GMPs, and other relevant standards.
• Work closely with production staff to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence of compliance as required.
• Support training efforts for production staff on quality standards and food safety protocols.
