About The Position

The floating sales consultant supports multiple properties within a designated market. Executes each property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Performs all leasing and marketing activities to attract new residents, ensures high levels of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and facilitates lease renewals across assigned communities. Seeking a driven, sales-focused professional to float across multiple properties within the Arizona market. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by executing leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in property management or sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and CRM tools.

  • Previous experience in a floating or multi-site role.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartment homes.
  • Continually update the market survey to stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy, market rent, and sales results.
  • Designs and executes marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to the property.
  • Uses the on-site property management software application to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data.
  • Ensures that the property and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality by daily inspecting the marketing corridor and leasing tour.
  • Executes and performs activities in support of the property's lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages for residents.
  • Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions.
  • Attends community and networking events, aligns themselves with local associations and community organizations.
  • Utilizes current CRM to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database.
  • Organize and ensure adequate supply of fully assembled sales collateral, marketing and outreach packets.
