About The Position

We work on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as several thousand dollar residential losses and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have a long-standing reputation as a leader in our industry. We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to be the administrative liaison between our fleet service provider and our branch offices.

Requirements

• Strong communication and comfort with conversing and providing reports to managers
• High level of organization
• Computer literate- Basic proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience operating a fleet management system or other similar type of system
• May travel up to 10% of time
• Valid DL- Motor vehicle background must meet position requirements
• Submit to a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Add and remove employee drivers from the system
• Assign fuel cards and pins
• Audit and maintain GPS system
• Guide the new fleet through the ordering and upfit process
• Maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly reports
• Notify branch offices of drivers that have a poor driver scorecard
• Schedule selected services- Tire and oil changes, and auto glass repair
