About The Position
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a charismatic Sales Associate and attentive Customer Service Specialist who has proven sales experience. The position requires an outgoing, fitness-minded team player with a passion for sales, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail. The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding and communicating with customers while helping them achieve their fitness goals. The role involves executing a proven sales model and following up processes while maintaining a positive customer-facing attitude. The working hours for this full-time position are from 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
