About The Position
At Eataly, the FP&A Analyst supports the FP&A Manager in their analysis and interpretation of data related to: Inventory Allocation, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Labor, Revenue, Operational Expenses, and the Profit and Loss Statement. The FP&A Analyst works closely with the FP&A Manager to provide analysis and execute changes as needed to maximize profitability and productivity. Reports directly to the FP&A Manager.
