About This Role
As a Financial Analyst at Topo, you would serve as a hands-on finance partner to a portfolio of high-growth clients. You would work closely with CEOs and leadership teams, supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
This role blends analytical rigor, business partnership, and execution. As Topo continues to grow, Financial Analysts have the opportunity to take on expanded responsibilities and grow into more senior, strategic roles.

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A self-starter with high agency and a bias toward action
• Passion for working with numbers and helping businesses succeed
• Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles (SaaS or professional services preferred)
• Strong quantitative skills with advanced Excel experience and familiarity with QuickBooks
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to company leaders, helping inform strategic decisions and drive growth
• Build, own, and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Support fundraising efforts, including financial materials and investor communications
• Track and analyze key business metrics and performance indicators
• Manage monthly close support, reporting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, runway, and expense management
• Collaborate with Topo team members to deliver high-quality client outcomes
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and scalable finance operations
