About The Position

The Financial Analyst I at S&K Aerospace is responsible for monitoring and managing financial processes related to sustainment support for foreign military customers. This role involves ensuring that obligations and costs are tracked accurately and do not exceed funding levels, as well as maintaining financial documentation and compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in accounting, finance, or related field from an accredited university/college required
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
• Current drivers' license, proof of U.S. citizenship and the ability to satisfy a background investigation to obtain a security clearance
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail required
• Proficient with computers, software and general office equipment
• Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• U. S. Air Force finance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and prepare financial documents
• Organize, maintain, and electronically track all financial related documents
• Enter and maintain financial data in Information System
• Monitor transaction compliance on all milestones, deliverables, and invoicing
• Reconcile commitment and obligation documents and work with customer to ensure proper delivery reporting of FMS case obligations
• Monitor expenditures and obligations through review of written documents and examination of accounting records
• Establish and maintain financial files to meet contract requirements and document all actions according to internal procedures and policies
• Provide support and data for administrative and Quality Management System support
• Travel in accordance with contract requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management
