Finance Rotational Analyst Program

PDT Partners is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join their Finance rotational program. This program offers the opportunity to gain exposure to various groups within the Finance umbrella of a global hedge fund. The Analyst will participate in a two-year rotation through different teams, with the goal of providing a comprehensive understanding of PDT's operations. The program also includes ongoing training and the chance to contribute to improving existing workflows. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a long-term career in finance, with a focus on business topics and professional development.

• Fulfill day-to-day and long-term responsibilities in the different rotational areas
• Demonstrate a firm grasp of both training and business concepts
• Become an independent individual contributor by the end of the tenure with each team
• Work closely with senior leaders on firmwide, cross-functional projects

• Entry-level to 2 years of relevant work experience
