Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Saas based company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance to various business units and senior management in order to support the company’s overall strategic objectives. You will partner with business units to develop and track budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and use your financial acumen and deep understanding of the business environment to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. • Partner with business units to develop and track budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Use financial acumen and deep understanding of the business environment to help stakeholders make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, and find opportunities to optimize costs.
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior management, with the goal of improving performance and driving better business decisions.
• Utilize financial data and trend analysis to help identify potential growth opportunities and offer recommendations on how to capitalize on them.
• Present financial reports and findings in a clear, concise and understandable manner to stakeholders across the company.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or another relevant degree. MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the finance business partnering environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a firm understanding of financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to be proactive and operate independently.
