  • Door-to-Door Sales: Spend 100% of work hours prospecting sales via Door to Door method, selling and obtaining orders or contracts for Tucows/Ting products and services.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work 37.5 hours per week in assigned territory with anticipated shift schedules of 10 am-6 pm or 11 am-7 pm, including one-hour lunch breaks.
  • Customer Engagement: Go door-to-door to residences to have valuable, face-to-face conversations and educate community members about Ting products and services.
  • Sales Execution: Present and take orders for the fastest and most reliable fiber internet service to residents.
  • Brand Representation: Model best practices in the sales process and in representing the Ting brand.
  • Goal Achievement: Assigned weekly sales goals and activity metrics to help drive success.
  • Earning Potential: Motivated to attain sales goals as a 100% commission based employee with uncapped earning potential.
  • Minimum of 1 year in door-to-door sales or transferable sales experience.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and customer skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about sales and controlling your own income.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, treating people with dignity and respect.
  • Comfortable using a company-issued iPad and applications to manage and document daily activities.
  • Must have access to reliable, independent transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Must be able to perform tasks that require standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with fiber internet services and technology.
  • Highly competitive, uncapped monthly sales commissions.
