The role of the Field Sales Representative is to accelerate and normalize the American transition to mainstream cannabis consumption by aiding the sales team in maintaining and expanding customer relations. Our vision is to create the world's most innovative cannabis company by driving the country's transition to cannabis consumption through unique product offerings and exceptional customer experience. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work directly with the sales and marketing departments as a customer-facing advocate to ensure expansion and visibility in the marketplace. We are looking for a Field Sales Representative in the Grand Rapids Area.

  • Drive revenue and grow the market share in a defined territory
  • Increase brand awareness and loyalty
  • Travel to dispensaries within assigned territory to attend/host scheduled in-store pop-ups and other industry events as directed, providing location driven product education to the customer
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
  • Become an expert on PTS products, use and inventory
  • Deliver samples and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and branded swag to designated locations
  • Manage all visual merchandising displays within dispensaries
  • Track customer preferences, metrics and media campaigns
  • Use customer relationship management software to log all communication and record vital account and contact information
  • Maintain expert industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
  • Provide exceptional customer service by staying on top of pending requests and communicating with the appropriate departments
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Leadership Team and territory partners to develop and deliver an appropriate, relevant, and effective narrative for prospect and client communications
  • To remain compliant with state law, you must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle; traveling is required
  • 2 years Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales experience
  • Associates degree in Marketing, Sales or a related preferred
  • Knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience working in the cannabis industry
