About The Position

The Field Sales Representative role at PeopleReady is designed for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are driven to win new business. The representative will be responsible for identifying potential customer leads, engaging in cold calls, and managing the sales funnel process from initial contact to closing deals. This position requires a strategic and persuasive approach to sales, with a focus on meeting customer staffing needs and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years related sales experience
• Bachelor's or associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M per annum
• Sales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical markets
• Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations
• Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual language skills a plus
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Represent PeopleReady in assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs
• Engage with local branch teams to ensure that our customers' orders are filled with the talent they need
• Assist local Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing customers
• Close orders and ensure proper documentation is complete
• Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development
• Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability
• Leverage all channels of communication to drive seamless results and build strong relationships internally and externally
• Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology
• Perform additional responsibilities as required
