As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing global and North American marketing strategies to life within the Pacific Southwest region. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you'll collaborate with leaders and field sellers to drive growth through targeted campaigns, events, and customer engagement. This role supports integrated marketing plans that align with customer objectives and drive growth across all lines of business and sales channels in the region. You'll be responsible for turning strategy into action, managing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing processes to improve results and Return on Investment (ROI). Building strong relationships with the field and becoming a trusted partner to sales is essential to success in this role.
