About the position
Motive is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to oversee regional field marketing programs and events for their Enterprise Sales Org. This role requires a strong marketing sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing targeted regional marketing plans, supporting the sales force with tools and training, driving demand creation and lead generation activities, and managing the marketing budget for the region. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software field marketing is required.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute targeted regional marketing plans and campaigns
- Provide support to the sales force through sales tools, training, and market expertise
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with regional sales VPs and directors, field marketing peers, account executives, and inside sales
- Help drive demand creation and lead generation activities
- Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles
- Assist sales in developing target lists through the CRM database
- Communicate with sales to gain buy-in, understanding, and participation in marketing programs
- Manage the marketing budget for the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software field marketing required; SaaS/on-demand software experience highly desired
- Proven marketing success in the creation and execution of effective demand generation marketing campaigns
- Experience working in complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases
- Experience with sales operations, reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation experience required
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Must possess excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

- Base compensation range of $104,000-$140,000 USD
