About The Position
The Field Analytics & Insights Director - Midwest Region is responsible for delivering impactful, data-driven insights that guide key business decisions within a field leadership team (Customer Engagement, Ecosystem, Field Medical, National Access Decision, National Supply & Care Delivery) across the Genentech portfolio. In this role, the Director collaborates closely with Customer Engagement and Field Medical Leadership to uncover critical business needs and align analytical workstreams with strategic priorities. The Director leverages deep analytical, technical, and business and field domain expertise to provide clear, actionable recommendations that drive patient and organizational value. This position focuses on embedding analytics products into workflows and guiding cross-functional teams to enhance analytical capabilities and support strategic initiatives.
