Boardwalk is a limited partnership operating in the midstream portion of the natural gas and natural gas liquids industry, providing transportation and storage services for our customers. We are currently looking for a Field Administrator / Sr. Field Administrator / Field Administrator Coordinator in Lake Cormorant, MS.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties including sending & receiving email, answering phones, copying, scanning, shipping and mailing, maintaining meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and maintaining sign-in sheets.
  • Maintain business unit scorecard tracking, DOT driver recordkeeping, EH&S recordkeeping, invoice processing, maintaining project files, payroll, and input of accounts into ORACLE.
  • Track vehicle inspections and insurance, update O&M book, and print forecast reports from OMS software systems.
  • Coordinate, audit tracking, organize, and track Alignment Sheets, DOT record keeping, emergency information notifications, Event Response Manual updates, hazardous materials shipping, and local incident tracking.
  • Use Maximo software system for attaching records, printing reports, light analysis, and verifying records are accurate.
  • Assist with creating and monitoring the area operating budget.
  • Assist the Area Manager and area personnel in support of the area operations.
  • Requisition and track shipping and receiving materials and supplies.
  • Conduct compliance tracking and auditing (OMS, Maximo, Veriforce, other monthly type inspections including mileage, fire extinguishers, etc.).
  • Develop project folders and status tracking.
  • Assist with Scope of Work Agreements and Veriforce OQ documentation for activities.
  • Organize/Maintain filing system and track and audit compliance activities.
  • Manage spare part inventory movements and routine inventory audits.

Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other operating systems.
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, economic and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn computer-based systems for project preparation, requisitions, project and compliance tracking.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to personal and team safety.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced experience with ORACLE accounting systems.
  • Understanding of DOT 192 regulations.
