About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide clerical, accounts payable and project support to the Facilities Maintenance Fuel Department. Responsibilities include documenting new Facilities Maintenance Service Requests and performing clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence, receptionist tasks, filing, copying, and answering phones.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years office experience
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • College degree is a plus but is not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide project, accounts payable and clerical support for the Facilities Maintenance Department
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scanning
  • Assist with activities involved in the purchase of materials or other equipment, and supplies or services in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Responsible for department invoice processing and statements
  • Assist in any and all aspects of the Facilities Maintenance Department as needed
  • Handle incoming calls, support and follow-up for the Facilities Maintenance Service Requests
  • Manage incoming calls, support and follow-up for vendor AP inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned
