About The Position
The Senior Underwriting Manager leads a team of Underwriters or Underwriting Managers. Holds a full suite of management responsibilities for the team: attraction, development, pay and performance management, and communication of underwriting strategy. May include monitoring how well managers within the team are delivering leadership responsibilities. May contribute to planning and strategy development for the business area owned by manager.
