Executive Media Relations Specialist

As a communications and social strategist, you will lead the communications and platform growth strategy for a member of our C-suite team. Your responsibilities will include developing content and communications strategies, coordinating press and media engagements, and driving content distribution. With your significant experience in the Fintech Web 2 space and strong knowledge of social channels, you will play a crucial role in growing engagement with various audiences and communities in the Web3 space.

• Develop and lead the communications and platform growth strategy for a member of the C-Suite team
• Create and execute content and communications strategy across social and other platforms
• Collaborate with Communications, PR, Social Media, Events, and other marketing operations teams to implement an integrated strategy for leadership platforms
• Set platform reach and engagement goals
• Coordinate press, media, speaking, and other engagements for leaders
• Generate downstream content based on primary content created by leaders
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field
• Have significant experience within the Fintech Web 2 space
• Possess 7+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or campaign management role for a C-Level executive
• Demonstrate proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels
• Be connected to financial and tech-related events, conferences, parties, and dinners, and consistently find new networking opportunities
• Have strong knowledge of social channels such as Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Exhibit exceptional communications and copywriting skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with key individuals or organizations
• Possess strong leadership and management skills

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or relevant degree
• Significant experience within the Fintech Web 2 space
• 7+ years in a communications, PR, or campaign management role for a C-Level executive
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels
• Connected to financial and tech related events, conferences, parties and dinners. Can consistently find opportunities new networking opportunities
• Strong knowledge of social channels (ex.Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
• Exceptional communications and copywriting skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $142,000 (not a guarantee, may vary based on factors)
