About The Position

At LinkedIn, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to senior leaders. This role will involve skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, communicating with customers, vendors, and visitors, and handling confidential and critical details. The Executive Assistant will anticipate the needs of multiple managers and flexibly accommodate work schedules. The position is hybrid, based in Mountain View, CA, and will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working at the senior level in an administrative role.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and cloud-based applications (SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meeting responsibilities including logistics, action items, note taking, and assisting in preparing content.
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars, resolving overlapping commitments and protecting time for priorities.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements.
  • Manage logistics for special events such as team all-hands or off-sites.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Understand teams' budgets.
  • Participate in special projects, as agreed with manager(s).
  • Maintain email distribution lists/aliases.
  • Act as the point of contact between workplace services to meet facility needs for the team.
  • May train and coach new AAs.
