Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a member of an executive team.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and strategically communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to anticipate needs and think critically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be in office 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with designated Executive Team members to set them up for success by enabling them to focus on priorities and execute their work more effectively.
  • Manage complex calendars with an understanding of business priorities, including using judgment to help manage their time.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Organize and facilitate large team meetings.
  • Arrange travel by developing itineraries and agendas, including setting priority meetings with relevant parties attending events.
  • Hold members of the Leadership Team accountable to deadlines, commitments, and responsibilities by persistently and appropriately following up with the relevant individual.
